Most in stock items ship within 2-3 business days. We do not ship on SundayMonday and Holidays. Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer to arrive. Items ordered together may arrive separately. Hausful only ships within the continental United States.

Items shipped within South Carolina will be charged SC sales tax.

If you need an item expedited, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to get your item to you as fast as we can.

 

BACK ORDER / OUT OF STOCK

Our team will notify you via email if a product is back ordered or out of stock.  

 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Sale Items and Special Orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Hausful will exchange or refund any non-sale merchandise within 10 days of the receipt of the order. All items must be in perfect condition and in the original, undamaged box. Customers are responsible for the cost and insurance of return shipping. We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned merchandise.
